I've had trouble on phen getting to sleep, that never went away. I went from my usual 10pm bedtime to like 1am, but I didn't feel sleep deprived either.
I've had no problems sleeping with the Bontril.
Now, Didrex, that was a WHOLE 'nother story...didn't eat, didn't sleep and hubby was ready to hire me out during the night as a cleaning lady. LOL
Measurements:
Bust - Was 42" ~ Now 36"
Waist - Was 39" ~ Now 27"
Hips - Was 46" ~ Now 38"
