I have to agree, I am addicted to this site too, but I think it helps me tremendously. Especially at night, when the kids are in bed and it is just me. I used to get on line and munch while I surfed, but not now, I get on here and see what everyone is doing and how GREAT everyone is doing. I don't even think of munching!
And I think you have to have one day of the week where you don't feel guilty of what you eat. Have a day where you eat something yummy. It will keep you from messing up during the week knowing you have a free day. When I say free, I mean to eat and not feel bad, just don't go WAY overboard. We go out shopping on Fridays, and we enjoy a meal out and I eat what I want, and then we come home and watch a movie as a family. I don't feel bad or anything. I have enjoyed my one day!! It helps your metabolism as was stated already. So, enjoy once a week!!
