Man, thanks for relieving me. I thought I was a big fat loser! That was my originall plan....do good all week and then have one cheat day. They say it boosts your metabolism. But by doing this YESTERDAY I went over my avg calories for the week because I pigged out last Sunday! Oh well, I only went over about 400 cal for the week. Not too bad I guess. I just want to lose 3 lbs a week like you are!
