Give yourself 1 week before you weight... Carb is my weakness - never can survive without them, so you are doing a great job counting carb!!
Have lots of water and fruits to see you through day by day, whenever your feel hungry - first is water, then hungry again - next come fruits... do this as often as you can in-between meal times! Hope this help a little. Good luck!
