Today I don't feel as "controlled" as I did yesterday when I started the phen. I know that part of it is probably psychological...I mean I was just starting something pretty big---all over again!

I believe that I have probably been overeating and therefore not losing as much as I could be even on South Beach...so I started this morning to really try to keep a level-headed eye on the number of carbs, even though I know on South Beach...it's not the goal, but when I did Atkins before, I was strict w/ the carb count and I lost and now, I am pretty much eating what I want on SB and not losing or gaining, so it will basically be an experiment to see what works in the end.
