Yeah, I couldn't believe I lost 4 inches from my waist either!! Some of it was in my butt and hips, but a lot of it was actually in my stomach area. You can really see the difference in the pictures, even though it's only been 2 months. I try to do LOTS of cardio. I want to burn as many calories as I can. I get to the gym on average, 3X/week. On 2 of those days I do a 1hr spin class. On those same 2 days, I do about 30mins on the machines too (arms and legs). On the 3rd day, I do 20mins on the stepper (started with 10mins and worked my way up) and 15mins on the eliptical machine, then I do the 30mins of machines (arms and legs). I sit allll day at work, so I really don't do much other than that. I do work out in my yard and i do take the stairs instead of the elevator at work, so I guess that counts too
