I just wanted to share with you all my success with my weight loss so far! I started at the end of August. I didn't think to take my measurements then, but I've been taking them every month now on the 8th of the month. I've only lost about 15lbs, but I think I must be gaining muscle and loosing fat, because I have dropped (almost) 2 dress sizes. The reason I say "almost", is that some 8's are still tight on me, but the 12's I was wearing before are WAY big on me! YIPPIE!!! I don't measure my whole body, just the main areas. Here's my before measurements and my measurements ( in inches) from today!!

waist 34 / 30.5
hips 42 / 39.5
R thigh 24 / 23
R calf 15 / 14
R arm 12 / 11.5
It is SOOOO encouraging for me to take my measurements. I really highly recommend it for everyone who doesn't already do it. I also take pictures of myself. I'll have to get my husband to take one tonight

If there's a big enough difference, I just might get brave enough to post them!!!! lol Can you post pictures of yourself in bra and panties? Just want to be sure before i do it

I don't see how it's any different than a bathing suit picture.
Anyway, I still have about 20lbs to go until my final goal...but I'll get there!!! Thanks everyone for all the support!!
