hey everyone
I am going away for a long weekend on 26th aug, and doing a run for breast cancer on 4th sept but i still have 39 lbs to lose before i dare put on my bikini or run 5k.
If i work really hard and exercise my butt off does anyone think i could lose near that amount of weight.
I did lose 14lbs in 2 weeks recently.
would be grateful for any replies
