Started Journey 7/13/05 at 238.5lbs*****2 mon. 7/13-9/13 at 213.5

TOTAL LOSS OF 25LBS AND A TOTAL OF 45 INCHES LOST!
Well here are my updates not much difference from last months pics i posted because i only lost 6.5lbs. I actually got down to 211.5 which would have been and 8.5lb loss but what do ya know Tom is Here and sorry I look and feel bloated in those pics. They are not the best but I will be posting updated pics on the 13th of every month until this journey is over! Hope everyone has a great night and drink that water!!!!
