I found this it sounds close:
HAM CHEESE AND KRAUT POCKETS
1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 lb. pkg. sauerkraut, drained
4 slices Cheddar cheese
4 slices ham
1 beaten egg
Press together the perforations between two triangles of crescent rolls. Roll out to form a 4x8 inch rectangle. On one-half of the dough place 1 slice of Swiss cheese, 1 slice ham, 1/4 cup kraut and one slice of Cheddar cheese. Fold other half of dough over and seal edges to form a 4x4 inch packet. Brush top with beaten egg. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 400 degrees F. or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
