LMAO...although this is a pretty serious topic...the posts I have read are pretty hilarious. I can say that because I have had that problem before in the past. Its a pretty horrible feeling so I can definitely relate to Kristin's "situation." Anyway, guess what? Here in Philly (and I'm sure this is throughout the country but I can only speak for Philadelphia), there are clinics where folks will conduct a full colon cleansing for you. Now, I know this may sounds gross but I figured it would be beneficial for all who read this. I recently met a lady at my gym who was telling me how she gets her colon cleansed every other month or so (do you see the type of conversations I have a the gym while on the treadmill

). Anyway, she goes to a woman that specializes in this procedure...it costs about $50 per visit. This woman will counsel you on how to eat properly (such as: not drinking ICE COLD water because it shocks the system...and its actually better to drink room temp water), she will conduct the cleansing, will check your feces (I know this sounds horrible...but I'm gonna keep going) to ensure that it is normal, and will later give you a full body massage. From what I was told, the procedure lasts about 2 hours (including the couseling time and the massage). By the time you leave, you will feel totally cleansed and if you check the scale before and after the cleansing...you should have lost at least 2 or more pounds of waste (and you know what kinda "waste" I'm talking about

).
Although somewhat gross...I hope this info was helpful!
