First, let me say that you've done an amazing job. You've been losing more than 1 pound every day for the past 2 weeks! Unfortunately, we can't maintain that pace forever
Keep doing what you're doing.. you can't eat right & exercise the way you're supposed to and NOT lose weight! (unless theres some other underlying physiological problem--but if that were the case, you wouldnt have lost 17 pounds!). Your body is freaking out. Give it some time to adjust and keep up the good work!
