Okay guys I read all the posts & ya'll have some great ideas ~ Help! I've lost 17 lbs so far with the phentermine 37.5. I started taking it on the 29th and the first week or so the weight just fell off. I ride the bike every night for atleast 25 minutes but the last few days I've increased to about 50 minutes riding over 10 miles each time. My weight hasn't moved in days since I did the time increase on the bike. Is it that I'm gaining muscle so the scale isn't moving or am I doing something wrong. I'm having rasin bran for breakfast, LC for lunch, and just a small portion of what the family is having for dinner. Around 3 I'm having a fruit cup. I'm drinking nothing but water with a small cup of coffee in the morning with very little sugar & cream. Does that sound right or am I off? Thanks for any advice! I'd love to hear what Ross thinks too!
