I am on the 37.5 mg. pills (the first week or so I broke them in half). From what I hear on this board, the 37.5 mg. pills (scored) have the same amt. of phen (active ingredient) in them as the 30 so the 37.5 (scored tabs) really only have 30 mg. in them. The are nice because you can break them in half if you want where as the capsules you cannot break. Yes, Easter is not easy is it? I just made a big ham dinner for my family tonight, and I sort of went astray you might say. anyway, hopefully back on track tomorrow.. Ya have to live on Holidays, etc.. Just get right back on track the very next day, and it all seems to work out ok... Good Luck everyone.. Kathie
