The first month I was on Phen I had pretty good energy and didn't seem tired, but this month I have days where I just want to nap. Hoping it isn't a sign that it is not working as well. I'm on the 30mg blue/clear pills so I may talk to my doctor at my next weigh in to see if I should go up to the 37.5mg pills or not. Best of luck to everyone. Congrats on the 14lb loss Kathie, keep it up!
