Hey there ladies- thought I'd share.
I like room temperature water- cold stuff hurts my teeth (thanks to my mom on that one) and I dunno, I just don't like it ice cold.
Try sugar free lemonade or sugar free kool aid (I LOVE IT).
In essence, anything liquid counts as water (coffee, tea, diet pop) but there has to be some limit. Try drinking like two bottles and then reward yourself with whatever you want (limit to like 3 caffinated beveragesor so). Good luck
