I am 5'8" and my normal weight is 165 and size is 8 to 10. But there are also people my height who would be much bigger or smaller at the same weight.
Height doesn't matter as much as a person's muscle mass and bone structure. Two people can both be 5'5 and weight 150, but the one with more lean muscle mass is going to be several sizes smaller.
