Hey Everyone,

I haven't been on for a while now; I hope everyone is doing great.

Happy 4rth of July!!

I wanted to thank everyone here for their help and support. I am getting closer and closer to my goal.
I started at 145.2 lbs, and today I'm at 122.

I don't know if I should further go on until I drop to 110 lbs. It doesn't seem like I can stop.

I feel great, my self-confidence is back to normal. I am getting complements wherever I go and I just wanted to thank all of those who have helped me get to where I'm at today.
