everyone is different and have different metabolisms so it may very from person to person but theoreticly the heavier you are the faster you will lose because you can eat more calories and lose weight.
I use this formula to figure what I can eat everyday and not lose or gain and then figure what I need to cut to lose 1-2 pounds per week
my weight X 12 = my maintanence zone
ex. 161 X 12 = 1932 ( this is for someone who is moderately active I use 11.5 sometimes too)
so I can have 1932 cals and it takes 3500 cals to lose a pound so if I cut 500 calories a day I should lose a pound a week. then add in exercise to lose even more.
this is not gonna be perfectly accurate for everyone. if you have more muscle you can eat a little more.
