if you are going to switch to marida you should wait atleast 3 to 4 weeks for your system to be rid of the phen you dont want to mix the meds..

also I have heard some stories about marida I know that a friends cousin died from it she didnt give her complete medical history and she had a touch of hypertention or something before when she was pregnant.. and it did something to her heart rate and she had a heart attack at the age of 27 so I have never heard anything bad about just taking phentermine but i have heard it is bad if you take phen/phen that is diffrent do your research before you go switching to meridia... NOT GOOD WORSE THE THE PHEN!!!!!
