Thanks TLC93. I know you are right. I feel pretty confident about the whole situation as losing this 16 pounds has really, really made a difference for me! I can fit into many of the clothes I could not wear and even trying on clothes is so much more fun now! I have to hold those thoughts. 20-30 pounds does not really seem like a lot but it makes a world of difference! I know how I got here. It was by eating less. Bottom line. I have tried it all before and nothing really worked except eating less and keeping up the exercise. I have never had a problem with exercise but the eating is what got me!
I have dropped several bad habits to lose this weight. I stopped snacking after dinner. Big one! And I eat much smaller portions. I rarely eat until full. And no seconds! This is what helped me lose the weight. NOT just taking the Phen. I just hope I can keep those in my head and remember all this when I'm craving a second bowl of spaghetti or a piece of cake in the middle of the night.
