Have u asked ur Dr for water pills?He can give u a prescription one while u r trying to cut the pills out of ur system to help in prevent gaining water weight.The prescription ones I think r soooo much better and they r so cheap.
U r just gonna have to get use to kife without them .It is difficult but u will adjust if u wean urself.
