I take the capsules so cutting them in half is not an option. I debated started taking them every other day or even taking weekends off like you say but I just start to panic at the thought of missing a day! I've heard you are very tired, can gain water weight, etc. I struggle so hard to even lose 1 pound anymore that the thought of gaining back a few drives me nuts!

Each time I think of trying day without them I can't seem to find the right day. "Oh, well can't do it that day, I work" "can't do it that day, I don't work!", "can't do it that day, we are going skiing" etc.

What REALLY happens if you miss a day???? Can anyone out there give me some real tips and advise? (Suth, not that yours was not REAL by any means!! And I do agree with you!)
