I have been on Phen for 10 weeks now. I have lost about 16 pounds which is absolutely FABULOUS for me! I'm elated!! But I do still strive to lose about 10 more. I had told myself when I was done with the last bottle of Phen I was going to go it on my own. 1, because I can not be on Phen forever and 2, because I doubted my doctor would prescribe for me when I got closer to a normal weight for my height.
Well I am done with my bottle in 2 days and I started to panic. I decided I'd give my doctor a call and just see if I could get another month. I left a message for the nurse. Well the next day she called back and said I just needed to come by and get my blood pressure checked and then if it was okay I'd get another month. So I went in today at lunch and my blood pressure was normal. Actually better then it was the last time I went in a month ago. So they gave me another month! I never even had to see the doctor OR get on the scale.
Sooo, I am pretty happy but also worried. I know the Phen is not working as well as it did to begin with BUT I feel like a lot of it is mental too. "I am ON PHEN, so I WILL lose weight" kind of a thing. Which is good! But sooner or later I will run out and not get anymore!
