I have been on Cymbalta for almost a year now and have not gain weight from it, unlike other SSRI's, in fact I lost weight from it. However, I took it with another med called Topamax which helped with the weight loss. But, I do know Cymbalta is suppose to help decrease the appetite.

Jan 2008- 132 lbs: My goal was met! July 2008- 138 lbs: Gained due to meds Nov 2008- 143 lbs: Set new goal and ready to lose!
