I'm new to this and want to join your challenge. I was dieting pretty well on my own earlier this year and drinking 64 oz of water each day (I would fill a 2 qt pitcher at the beginning of the day and try to finish it before work at night). But when I lost control of my diet, I also rebelled by not drinking water (what is WRONG with me???) even though I wanted it. I craved it for a few days but eventually lost the craving - now I need to work back up to at least 64 oz, prob more because I'm almost 200 lb.
Tomorrow I'm gonna start posting when I complete a day of 64 oz (I'll do baby steps also and try to work up to more water next week). I just started the Phen today and have a pretty bad headache - I'm hoping the water will also help relieve that (although it sounds like this is a normal side effect - does it last forever or just while your body adjusts?)
