Hi, everyone. Tomorrow begins a new week of my personal challenge. I am glad to have company along the way. This works out great with accountability and my time crunch!
Starting this week, on top of having 12-14 servings of water daily, I will be accomplishing 5 cardio workouts of at least 30 minutes each. Tomorrow is my first day.
