CK, I am a huge advocate of slow weight loss and weight training. I was going to post concerning weight training today.
I have only lost 11 pounds in a month, but I went down from not being able to fit into an 18 to a size 14.
No more quick fixes for me.
This doesn't mean I won't use something to help curb my nighttime eating, but it DOES mean I'm responsible for working out and getting all my calories in.
