when I made the commitment to exercise, I did it for ME. and at first I was feeling very selfish, and I wasnt used to putting me first, but realized its the only way to stay comited to it.
its amazing how I am not as " together" as I used to be, as far as my house, laundry, dishes ...
ME,I, MYSELF, MY COMMITMENT TO MYSELF is what comes first. and exercise is the only way I have stayed successfull.
dont feel guilty for telling the kiddos just gimme 30 min and I will be all yours... or hubby or anyone else. because I have found that you will be a better mom/wife/friend when you feel better about yourself....
