We totally understand. This has happened to all of us.
I hear that at the beginning of Dr N you bloat a bit, then it whooshes off.
Salt and water are funny things. That's why I weigh everyday, to see what affects it. Some people swear by weighing once a week, but I disagree, because if that is an Up day, you'll feel ike you accomplished less than you did.
The other part of me agrees with Carrie - look at your clothes fitting, the inches, and how you are improving things that are harder to measure (like your overall health).
I'm waiting for my Dr N in the mail and will start next week.
