Don't use the scale as a determining way of measuring success, how do you feel, how are your clothes fitting, loss is loss, whether its on a scale, inches, clothes fitting, size smaller or how you feel in general because you are feeling better for making changes. I have lost 26 lbs since December, 20 of it on phen since in 2 months but my loss on the scale is really slowing and it can stop for 4 to 5 days at a time with no loss without any cheating on my part, even though I still want to lose another 20-25 lbs I am not looking at it as a failure, I look at it as a challenge to keep going.

Do NOT give into the temptation of pigging out and undoing what took you a month to achieve......A moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips. You WILL REGRET IT and then you will beat yourself up over it and it will turn into the undoing off your weight loss........

You can do this!
