Don't do the lemon cake thing...it will only make you feel worse. If you've been working out, you probably gained muscle. Also, make sure that you drink plenty of water to replace what you've sweated out...if not, you'll retain water. Trust me on that one...I am the Queen of Water Retention.
Concentrate on the good things that you did for yourself and don't worry about that stupid scale.
