I take Phen during the week and then get off it on the weekends. It seems to be working pretty good like that, almost as if I am getting a jump start every Monday. I would think that if you took a longer time off you would probably see results like mine....only better! Just don't do what I did the first time I was on Phen.....gain all the weight back because I slacked off and fell back on old habits.
