I weigh every day too. It fluctuates up and down, but the more I lose, the less the fluctuation.
The trick is to not get upset if it reads higher. As long as I am on plan, I know that it means I am just carrying water or something. The reason I step on it so often is that I am excited to see it go down (which I know it will).
