Yea, I was going to say the same thing about frozen lunches. You can also create some low-fat / Cal meals at home and then just freeze them in individual containers so you can have a verity throughout the week. Higher protein items freeze pretty good (meats, beans and even eggs).

Now, if that doesn't work for you then eat a skinny chic, they are low in fat but high in protein!!!
