Wow, that's a great goal to have. You definately need to try the FIRM... I know a lot of women here swear by it.
The first two weeks I used it I lost 2" off my upper arms... they went from 15" to 13". I was amazed.
And here's the thing that worked for me. I cut my carbs to 30% of daily calories with more earlier in the day and no eating after 7pm.
I am an advocat for making your own diet work for you, so try different things and see what does it for you.
