Hi! I started Phen yesterday (Father's Day). I am already craving water and not food! (Day 2, 11:30am, and I've already had 7-8oz glasses today! )

Just a bit of background on me. I will be 41 next month. My husband and I have been married 3 1/2 years, I have a daughter who will be 21 in July, and a 9 year old son. I have Fibromyalgia, and my doctor and I think I'll have fewer Fibro symptoms if I don't have to carry around so much weight.

My biggest problem with food is that my daughter has trouble GAINING weight (She's 5'4", 83 pounds), and I need to keep yummy high calorie food in the house for her. Unfortunately, I did too good a job in teaching her to share... She is often hospitalized for IV antibiotic therapy due to medical problems, and I often stay with her, both to keep up her morale and maintain my peace of mind. Her doctor has her on a high calorie/high protein diet. She needs to eat a minimum of 3500-4000 calories a day (No, that is NOT a typo! ) Her food is good, and we also order out often, so she can reach that intake... I have also had to take meds for the Fibro that increased my weight. Doc is weaning me off those now!

My first short term goal: I'm invited to a black tie wedding in mid-August. I have a formal I plan (make that WILL) wear, and I need to loose 4-5" to get it to close!

I can use all the support and help/advice I can get!
