I just wanted to add one more thing the scale it is evil

and if you are like me you will become obsessed with it and it will be not be motivating anymore. I would exercise what what I eat for a a month or so and the darn scale wouldn't budge and then I would say the he!! with it, I am not going to loose anymore so why try

I get the all for nothing mentality

I have finally came to the conclusion that I am going to make a few changes, put the scale up and only check my weight once in awhile and take measurements to check my true success. It has taken me along time to realize it is not about the numbers on the scale anymore that is important it is how I feel and that I am getting healthier and looking better then ever! Tammy
