Hi, everyone. I did NOT eat last night after dinner. I am telling you ... this is the first time I have refrained from eating even one thing for a few months. It was SO HARD. I keep getting up, going to the kitchen, and then saying, "Oh shoot, I'm not eating at night." I did this about 5x and each time after I reminded myself, I realized ... I wasn't even hungry! What a bad habit!
Anyhow, from not eating before bed, I tossed and turned until about 3am. Hubby woke me up with coughing fit an hour and a half later. I did NOT want to work out today, but ... TA DA ... I DID! Run/walking intervals.
8 waters already in as well. This is hard, but doable. I'm glad I have company.
