14 waters down the hatch. No cardio, but this was planned. I'll still get my 5 in with the first starting tomorrow. I ate dinner and am NOT eating again. Will post tomorrow AM to this fact to keep me on track.

Cater, I'm going to weigh in every 2 weeks because I don't want to be completely disappointed. I get so much extra bloat with periods now. I can't believe mine actually came back again. BLECH!
