You might be surprised.. granted, I'm a fan of soups in general, but even my 2 year old gets stuck into it... and my hubby, who's a fan of anything processed!
i was pleasantly surprised at the flavour. Sure if you eat it 2 times daily it can get a bit wearing, but it doesn't feel like a diet soup at the time. You just get a little tired of eating the same thing endlessly.
I'm having it for lunch only at the moment, just so I can make sure I have something for a start, and it isn't something "unhealthy" on the fly as during the day with the two kiddies, i find i'm eating at 3pm. this way i get somethign good into my system.

Make a smaller batch, (since this will make a huge amount) and give it a go!
