Hi. As far as I know there is a reason for those particular ingredients. For example, they work together to make the weight loss much better. By adding, as I understand it, makes the weight loss less substantial. But lets be honest, you've got to enjoy it too. I've added the other ingredients to make it more enjoyable. I think the weight loss will be ok, but perhaps by adding them, it won't be the best that it can be. Does that make sense? The fact that it has so many vegetables in it as it is can only be a good thing anyway. What were you thinking of changing?
