i hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you need to eat more during the day. i was doing the same thing you are by not eating during the day and didn't lose any weight. i finally went to the doc the other day to get meds and he told me that i needed nutrition...aka FOOD. but the trick is to eat healthy foods, like fruits and veggies, and exercise!!! in a week and a half (without being on meds yet) i lost six pounds watching what i eat and walking. i start the meds tomorrow...good luck to you!
