I seriously wouldn't waste that kind of money on Optifast. Oprah did that years ago, remember? She lost a TON of weight pretty fast and gained it all back.
After many trials and errors, I know in my gut that the ONLY way to achieve permanent weight loss is to cut calories, eat smart and exercise at least 5 times a week. The exercise can't end when the goal is reached either or the weight will creep back up. It's hard doing it the slow way -- I am the most impatient person on the planet, but I know this is the last time I am ever going to deal with this problem!
