Hi all! I'd love it if you guys would write what you do for meals and snacks! I can never think of what I CAN have, usually only what I CAN'T. That's only frustrating me and I don't want to get to the point where I give up because I can't have anything. Yesterday, I was really hungry for lunch and I love sandwiches but I'm trying to get away from them because of the calories/fat/sodium in just one. And it's hard for me to stop at just one. I've been snacking once in a while on Smart Start cereal. It has a good many calories per serving but is pretty good nutrition-wise. The problem is I've always just snacked out of the box probably eating at least 2-3 servings. I prefer to save most of my calorie allowance for the one meal my family gets to sit down together for. Yesterday, I actually measured out just 1 cup of cereal into a bowl(I snack on it dry)and ate it for lunch. Surprise, surprise! I was actually satisfied and not hungry anymore! Even gave several bites to the dog! Any recipes, hints, ideas from you would be greatly appreciated! Thank you-Deb
