Thanks all for your encouragement. I know that the last 10-15lbs are the hardest to lose, I've been struggling with them for years. It was just discouraging to me to see all these posts about people losing 20 some pounds in the first month...but then you are right, most of them have much more weight to lose. I do work out with weights, probably not as much as I should, maybe I'll step it up a notch. Thanks again.
