It may take a while to lose those last ten or so pounds. The closer you get to your ideal weight the longer and harder it is to lose weight. If you weighed 200 pounds then you'd be dropping more weight. This isn't a miracle drug. Keep up the exercise, eating healthy and water and you'll get there. You should be very glad you lost seven pounds in the first week. At your weight most people only would have lost 3 or 4. Don't give up. Do you do weights at all? If not you should add that in. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn.
