When I'm craving chocolate, like that time of the month, I take 2 whole chocolate graham crackers (lowfat ones, if you can find them)and I spread fat free cool whip on one and place the other one on top. I can usually fit 2 sandwiches in a zip lock sandwich bag and i freeze them. I make a bunch up at a time and I eat half of one or sometimes a whole one to cure my craving. You can also use low fat cool whip if you don't like fat free. They are really good and very easy to make.
