Hey Dreamer, I'm sorry that you're having a slow start. You say that you're taking in about 1600 calories. That's still pretty high if you want to see more than a lb. or two by the end of the week. Also what about your fat intake? I didn't look through your other post so I don't know if this was given to you by a physician or nutritionist. Have you used the "phen tools" on this site to see what your recommended calorie intake should be according to your weight and exercise regime. It's very useful. --- Good luck to you and don't give up.
