Dreamer, are you losing inches? Are your clothes fitting looser? You are building up muscle (which is great) because muscle weighs more than fat. Maybe you should incorporate a little more protein into your diet, or go back to doc and get new type medication. If that isn't appealing, why don't you try the bfl, weight watchrs, or some challenge.
